Eric Brevik resigns his position as executive editor of SOIL

Dear colleagues from the SOIL community,

It has been a great honor to serve as an executive editor of SOIL for the last three years, and I have enjoyed having the opportunity to meet and interact with many people in the EGU community through this time. However, given recent events I feel that my continued presence on the SOIL editorial board would become a distraction that is not in the best interests of the journal. Therefore, I have submitted my resignation. I wish the very best to the SOIL family and to the journal as it moves forward.

My sincere thanks to everyone who has played a part in helping to establish SOIL as a new member of the EGU publications family.
